Listen or read without thinking is an unseful thing. Confucio How much information we receive? How much we listen people's talk around us? How little we stop to think about it? How easy we answer? To me, word like acts, when is used with a clear intention, has so much strength, that is incredible that we used it so slightly. I wish we think a little bit more after listening and before talking. I believe we will communicate better.

Why tao?
This is the question that my friends are asking me. We knew about your yoga practice, but tao? I believe that is part of coming back to my roots. Like coming back to my argentinean habits like mate, I'm also coming back to tai chi practice and to tao. After four years of an intenisve yoga practice, it seems like I'm ready to get deep into the tai chi. Don't get it wrong, I'm not changing one thing by another, I'm just retaking a path that remained stand by when I left. And, it is very fulfilling!!
If you watch people doing tai chi and the form, you will know about the armony of the movements. But, I'm more interested in the meaning of these movements and the energy flow. Now, I'm reading "The escence of tai chi"by Al Chung Liang Huang. This chinese master was also a dancer, and he knew how to transmit the principles of tai chi.
One interesting concept is the wu-wei which means emptiness (or emptyness?), and is a posture that we always do before begining the practice, it implies to focus in the moment and the time ofthe practice, and to forget about environmmental noise, with the purpose of enjoying the best of the it. However, I also see it as a way to get rid of things and to open to new things: to know and experiment without the predispositions and conditioning generated by the daily life.
Other interesting concept is the ying/yang. Particurlarly thinking that change is ying and constance is yang. Huang said: "...change is constant and constant is change", and is truth: people gets mad very easily when little changes happen in their daily life and get bored also because they feel trapped in that daily routine. Why we don't learn to accept the changes and enjoy them? what are we afraid of? Why we don't let them to lead us to new experiencies and learn from those experiencies? I believe that tai chi is based on that knowledge. After all:
"The tao is change, those many changes that happen when life creates and destroys, transforms itself and it solves in many different dimensions."

New insights in old lifestyles
Coming back was not the easy choice. Actually, I feel like is a hard one. However, I'm here again.
My home country, my family, my friends and my home town with a lot of small old and new places to go and discover...
Tonight, I was dreaming in english: I was in Gainesville again, and walking to my old appartment on 16 SW Ave. The landscape and the people changed, they seemed very different, but I hope that I will find here people as amazing as the people I met over there.
